U5-U8 - A t-shirt is included in each registration for players registering in the U5-U8 small sided teams.
U9-U19 - A $44.00 jersey fee IS NOT included in the registration fee for these age groups. Make sure you click the appropriate box if your player(s) will need a jersey.
All Vancouver West players are required to wear a Vancouver West approved t-shirt (for small sided ages) and jersey (for ages U9-U19) to play on the field.Uniform questions please contact : Julie Genz
No refunds will be made after August 1, 2021. All refunds will be charged a $10 administrative fee unless unable to be placed on a team.
Scholarships are offered on a case by case basis.
If you wish to return to the team you played on in the Spring of 2021 registration must be completed by July 30, 2021. We encourage all players to register as soon as possible so we can try and honor team and coach requests. There are no guarantees – but returning players who register by the returning player deadline typically are granted their request. All new players for our club or request to play on a specific team or with a friend will be filled after July 30,2021 as space is permitted. If you are a new player or a returning player whose team is not participating we will try to match up players with teams that have openings. However, if teams in your age division have full rosters, we will do our best to create new teams for the Fall season. If this is the case, we will be looking for volunteer coaches.

If your child has played up on a team in the past and he/she wishes to return to that same team, please register them in his/her correct age group and write in the special request box that they wish to play up and on what team.
