Registration Instructions & Reminders

 

Welcome to Online Registration


Registering online is easy and quick!
Just follow these simple steps after hitting log in/register button on home screen.



CREATE YOUR NEW MEMBER ACCOUNT
You'll be asked to create a member account if you don't already have one. Simply click the "No, I do not have a member account" option when asked to log in to the registration system.


COMPLETE PARENT INFORMATION
After you create your new member account, you'll need to choose "Register Now" you will be asked to fill in parent information


COMPLETE PLAYER REGISTRATION
Choose the age group for your player and then fill out the player information. You'll be asked if you want to add more players or to finish registration and pay.

CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT AND YOU'RE DONE!

After you've filled in your parent and player(s) information, you'll see your total fees and can choose to pay by debit or credit card online. You can also still pay by check, but your registration will not be complete until you mail in the check and it is processed by our treasurer.
Note: No credit card information is EVER stored on our computers and all information is encrypted for your security.




Scroll down to find the age for your player. Player is by BIRTH YEAR, be sure to follow the AGE CHART
Be sure to have your players state issued birth certificate or current Passport and picture of your player.

Spring 2024 Rec Soccer U9-U19*

This registration is for the Vancouver West Soccer Club 2024 SPRING Recreational Soccer season.  

The registration is open to boys and girls born between 2015 to 2005. All participants register in the age group of their birth year.

Practices will start mid to late March; games will start April 12/13.

Before starting registration, you may need a state issued birth certificate and a headshot picture of your player to upload during registration.
